1) What is your CINEBENCH Score? 

CINEBENCH is a cross platform 3D benchmarking program.  This takes only a few minutes.  We are able to compare the benchmark of your computer to our render farm to estimate the cost.  

2) What is the average render time per frame?

Give us your best guess or the longest render time expected from the system listed above for a worst case scenario. Please note, any setup time, preparing, etc is part of the render process and should be included for an accurate quote.  It is also important to optimize your files for batch rendering.  (We can help with this information.)

3) How many frames are in your animation? 

Most animations are actually several clip or passes that are either edited or composited together.  To get a more accurate quote, it is best to quote each shot that is rendered.  If all the frames have roughly the same render times, then it is acceptable to bundle all the frames together for huge discounts!  It is also important to know how many cameras and/or passes you need for us to administer to get a better overall estimated time to completion.

4) What application and render engine are you using?

The way we setup your account depends on which application you are using.  This does not effect billing.

5) Now download our Render Calculator or email us the answers.

Input the results into the application.  Remember that bulk discounts are not included in the results.  Alternatively, you can also just email us ALL the answers and we can discuss with you the possibilities.

DISCLAIMER: Please understand that any quote is based on user input, however, billing is based on real world  results. You are paying for metered rendering time not a guarantee rendering of a particular project.  Also, before launching any render job, there is a small administration time to check for common errors so please allow for extra time to avoid errors.  The earlier you work with us, the more we can impress you with our service.

Simple Start Guide

1) Before purchasing any credits, please contact us to confirm any rendering needs.  (This includes which 3D software, version, plug-ins, scripts, etc  We do not always have all of our supported software loaded for compatibility issues.   We only load what you request.  Also, as new versions of applications are released, we must test compatibility with our internal render management software as well.)  

2) Before purchasing, please get a Quote!  Click Here for more info.

3) Purchase rendering credit.   We only use PayPal as a credit card vendor.  (We also accept business checks and wires.) 

4) Answer the "Quick Questions" so we can quickly process your account.  If you are in a hurry, just call us!

5) During normal business hours, you will receive a setup email which includes information to access the secure FTP folder we setup for you and our 24/7 support phone number as well as other logistical information.  Note: To render the same day, we need to have your files before 3pm if we have to manually administer your files.  C4D users can remotely administer 24/7!

6) Upload your job on our 100MBs connection (Upload and download are both 100MBs!).

7) Depending on your application, you will have access to all your jobs to administer at your convenience. Test your renders before doing a full launch.  Call us for any troubleshooting.  Only render when you are ready.

8)  Once you launch your render you will be able to monitor your jobs' progress, the actual node load and which render nodes are actually rendering your projects.

9) Download finished frames as you render.

10) Send a new job!

Notes: If you need to add more credits after hours, please make your PayPal purchase and then call the 24/7 phone support and we will add your credits immediately so your jobs keep running.   If you let your balance hit zero, and then purchase credits, you will lose your place in the queue.
